Cebu, Philippines — In a vibrant display of community engagement and corporate responsibility, The Consultancy Agency (TCA) transcended its usual business realms of innovation and operational excellence to touch the lives of many at The Children of Cebu Foundation, Inc., (CCFI) at the heart of the Philippines on March 8, 2024. Spearheaded by CEO Richard Alvial, TCA demonstrated its deep-rooted commitment to giving back, not just as a corporate entity but as a collective of compassionate individuals.

The team donated an array of essential goods, including food items and toiletries, marking a memorable day filled with hope and generosity. This act of kindness was a highlight of TCA's 2-Day Team Summit in Cebu, an event that brings staff from across the Philippines together for bonding, learning, and shared experiences.

"By choosing an orphanage in a country where many of our beloved staff are from, we hope to emphasize the importance of giving back to the communities that have contributed to our success," Richard says. "Aside from giving back, it's also a manifestation of our belief in making a meaningful difference in every community we touch."

Engaging with the children in games and activities, the TCA staff was visibly moved and inspired by the unfiltered joy and resilience of these young spirits, reminding them of the profound impact genuine care and connection can have.

It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful connections, reminding everyone involved the core values that guide TCA: being in service, embracing innovation, and celebrating diversity in all its forms.

This also highlights TCA’s understanding of the global business landscape's interconnected nature, where success in the corporate world and making a tangible positive impact on society can, and indeed should, go hand in hand.

Looking ahead, TCA plans to embed such charitable activities into every team event, regardless of the location. This commitment is a testament to the company's dedication to not only excellence in the business world but also as a beacon of what TCA stands for — illustrating that true success is measured not only by what is achieved within the confines of the office but also by the impact made in the hearts and lives of others. TCA’s journey is a powerful reminder that in the world of business, the greatest triumphs are those that uplift others.
