Here is our client journey in hiring a TCA staff.
1. Discovery Call
The Call is a short conversation between TCA and you. This is to understand the staffing challenges you may be facing and how our offshore hires can assist you.
2. Job Requisition Form (Completion & Approval)
To understand your specific role needs, we’ve created a form to help you articulate your specific requirements, needs and wants for your next best team player.
3. Sourcing ( 2 weeks )
Our team will begin the sourcing process to find talents. This involves maximising the use of our candidate pool and external sources to achieve the best results in getting hires.
4. Assessment ( 1 week )
TCA will begin the assessment process for the candidates. This will include the tests and interviews needed to check if they have the skills, experience, and personality to fit into your company.
5. Client Interviews
Once the preliminary assessments are done, the best candidates will then be scheduled for an interview with you. TCA will be present during this process to assist you to ensure that everything runs smoothly and all of your concerns are addressed.
6. Recommendations
After the interviews, TCA will provide you with recommendations on who among the candiates is the best fit for you. But of course, you will still have the final say on who will be a part of your team.
7. Contract Approval & Onboarding
To finalise, a contract will be sent out to you, outlining the terms of our service. Your new offshore worker will then proceed through our onboarding process to set them up for success in their new roles.
We will also do follow-ups with your new team member by and by to make him feel welcome and ready for work.
Our benefits and other development opportunities, as well as our reputation, put TCA in a position to be an employer of choice, in the offshore market. Passing on these benefits to your business is our motivation.
We also charge an advanced payment fee of 2 weeks’ salary to ensure timely payment of salary costs and ensure service continuity for clients. Payment terms are also outlined in our recruitment services contract.
As described above, we have an in-house local and offshore Global People & Talent team, who ensures regular check-ins. We try to make sure all our hires work well, so we are always:
- Providing coaching and support
- Giving performance surveys
- Having catch-ups and check-ins
- Doing performance management functions
This allows us to complete preventative performance measures, to ensure a positive client and staff experience.
